Today I got my menu options confused on my cell phone & erased a voice mail I intended to save. Unfortunately, it was an important message from a prospective client with his phone number & email address. (The phone number on caller id was a company directory w/o a name directory & no live receptionist, just vm. Maybe they’ll figure out who I’m trying to reach?).
I intended to save the voicemail and write down his contact information once I returned to my home office.
At home, the menu option for saving a voicemail is #7 while on my cell phone it’s #3 and #7 is to delete messages. Are the phone companies gaslighting us on purpose?
